Cilla also works with out-of-state owners on vacation rental properties located in East Tennessee.

No job is too small or too big. Cilla works on single-room makeovers, full-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, new construction design, and vacation rental refreshes. Engagements range from a few days of decorating to multi-month renovations with full project management.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is custom-scoped per project — there are no fixed package rates. After an initial consultation to understand the scope, style, timeline, and budget, you receive a written proposal with the recommended scope of work and fee structure. Project work begins after the proposal is accepted.
Do you work with out-of-state vacation rental owners?
Yes. Cilla regularly designs and refreshes vacation rentals for owners who live out of state. Because she is also an Airbnb host, she understands both the host and guest perspective. Work is scheduled around existing bookings whenever possible to avoid lost revenue.
What is Cilla's background?
Cilla Ross has more than 20 years of experience in residential interior design. Her background includes kitchen and bath design, full-home renovations, and new construction. She founded Finishing Touches after a career in management and now leads every project personally.
